Diverted Call Indicator v1.0

Requirements: 2.1 and up
Overview: When you receive a diverted(forwarded) call, you can see notification
of diverted
call(forwarded call).
Note :
May not work on all phone models.
CDMA and 4G devices not supported.

Permissions:
* READ_PHONE_STATE: detect incoming call.
* READ_LOGS: Forwarded call checking.
